It's a small post office, and the draconian rules are a bit of a hassle to work with.
We have a wonderful post office!! I've never had any problems. They're always nice and friendly and willing to pull out all the stamps for me to pick the kind I want. Yes, it's small, but this is a small town.
Terrible customer service inside the post office. One particular member was incredibly rude and snide.
